Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SystemGrid. If you are using our website or services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use our website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• • Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, servers, or client databases.
• • Interfere with website security, DDoS defenses, or server availability.
• • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer proprietary software demonstrations without written authorization.
• • Submit fraudulent or harmful lead data through our intake dossiers.

SystemGrid provides custom ERP development, institute management solutions (Acadmax), CRM platforms, cloud automation, mobile applications, and AI integrations.

Specific project scopes, sprint deliverables, and service levels are governed by distinct Project Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW). If there is any discrepancy between these general Terms and an executed SOW, the specific SOW controls.

Successful custom engineering requires collaborative partnership. You agree to provide timely specifications, review staging releases within agreed review windows, and supply necessary API credentials and operational assets required for delivery.

Custom software deliverables, codebases, and database schemas developed specifically for your organization are assigned upon milestone payment fulfillment as defined in your Project Agreement. SystemGrid retains rights to its pre-existing core libraries, frameworks, and architecture templates.

Invoices and milestone schedules are outlined in your quotation. Accepted payment channels include direct corporate banking and verified Pakistani business gateways. Third-party cloud hosting, SMS gateways (Twilio/WhatsApp APIs), and domain registrations are billed separately unless explicitly bundled.

Both parties agree to treat proprietary business logic, financial reports, student records, and technical architectures exchanged during project delivery with strict confidentiality.
